After we successfully completed Butterfield 81, the owners offered Bronx Builders a design / build contract to build their next venture, Patroon.This pre-selection of a team with restauraunt experience was crucial for a smooth, fast paced schedule. The renovation of the legendary Crist Cella restaurant involved the salvage and refinishing of a period bar, original flooring and Art Deco light fixtures, as well as a new state-of-the-art kitchen. Soon after Patroon opened we were brought back to build an outdoor rooftop dining area.
