Having built Vong, we were contacted when Jean-Georges wanted a face-lift at Jojo's. First, we developed budgets based upon sketches prepared by Christophe Tollemer. These budgets then began a collaborative process of bringing the owner and designer's vision to realty. What was once a classic Bistro was transformed into a highly ornate restaurant with a turn-of-the-century feeling.
