Paul and Marco having come from Gramercy Tavern were starting on their first venture. A tight budget and great ambitions made this project challenging. Working once again with the office of Bentel and Bentel a dreary lower east side establishment was transformed into an attractive comfortable and welcome place to dine. After this successful collaboration we went on to build Restaurant Insieme in the Michelangelo Hotel
