This was one of many projects working for our client Philip Kirsch, our first with Coffinier Ku. We developed comprehensive budgets based upon design intentions and then it was off to the races. Turning the raw, narrow space with an unusable basement into an elegant two level dining experience posed many challenges. Since this project our client has purchased a West Village Townhouse. The same team is working together again with the same collaborative effort.
