After being short listed for the original Daniel and Payard, in 1998 we were selected as the general contractor for Restaurant Daniel, to be built in a space listed on the National Historic Register. Our scope included restoration work overseen by historic preservationists, an extensive architectural millwork package, and an array of specialty finishes. Along with the complexity of the design came the challenge of coordinating the numerous mechanical systems retrofitted into this restored space.
