We were hired when the lease was signed to help develop scope, budget and schedule. We handled the RFP’s brought on the consultants, interfaced with the landlord and purchased all of the FF and E. After several false starts the project went into full swing. As a result of extensive planning we were able to manage the expectations of all and deliver a project on time and on budget. Among the many challenges were the coordination of fabricated items from France and preparation of surfaces for Artisans brought into to execute the finishes.
