We have worked with David Schefer on numerous projects. We have worked with Bobby Flay on all of his New York Restaurants as well. The Mercantile Building posed a challenge. Opening the floor and installing a connecting stair posed another challenge. The result is a most comfortable home built on time and on budget. Features include a zinc bar top from Paris, Lab Cabinets in the kitchen and red glazed wall finishes.
