We combined two apartments in a conventional post war building. The challenge was to give it a traditional look. Relocating wet areas was particularly daunting as we worked in a cavity between floors without disturbing the neighbors below. We are now back having been hired for a second phase. We are connecting a third apartment that the client subsequently purchased.
