This was a four story brick tenement building in Brooklyn with "railroad" apartments. The gut renovation required extensive structural work to damaged floor joists and also included completely new MEP services. In addition, a new steel & concrete egress stair enclosed in a full height masonry shaft helped to bring the building up to code for housing and classrooms for the Boystown program.
