In the 1990's we built or renovated numerous Hot and Crusty locations, including stores in Penn Station and at Grand Central. We worked with the client and designer to develop an economical yet stylish system of stainless steel counters with wood face panels - all mounted to stock wire shelving. We also built them a 20,000 square foot central commisarry facility in Soho.
